Your data is your data. Call transcripts, recordings, and conversation analytics belong to your organisation. Amber Nexus does not sell, share, or use your call data to train models for other customers. For data retention policies and deletion requests, contact privacy@myambergroup.com. Amber Nexus offers flexible pricing plans for businesses of all sizes. The Basic plan starts at $0/month with $2 usable credits and 1 AI agent. The Edge plan is $99/month with $40 usable credits and 3 AI agents. The Pro plan is $299/month with $150 usable credits, 10 AI agents, and concurrent call support. The Business plan is $499/month with $250 usable credits, unlimited AI agents, and advanced call management features. Enterprise pricing is customized based on deployment and integration requirements.
The Basic, Edge, Pro, and Business plans are flexible monthly subscriptions with no long-term lock-ins. Enterprise deployments are customized based on operational requirements, integrations, and infrastructure needs.
Usable credits are consumed as AI agents handle calls. Once credits are used up, additional credits can be purchased to continue uninterrupted usage. Your plan’s credits refresh automatically at the start of each month.
Concurrent calls are available starting from the Pro plan. The Pro plan supports up to 10 concurrent calls, while the Business plan supports up to 50. Enterprise plans provide fully scalable concurrent calling capabilities.
Transfer-to-human-agent is available from the Pro plan and included in Business and Enterprise plans, allowing agents to escalate calls seamlessly when human assistance is needed.
PII masking is available on the Business and Enterprise plans, helping protect sensitive customer information during AI conversations.
No. Voice cloning is exclusive to the Enterprise plan, allowing businesses to replicate branded or custom voice identities.
Custom integrations are available only on the Enterprise plan. Enterprise customers can integrate Amber Nexus with internal systems, CRMs, databases, and workflows through tailored support.
Usable credits represent the minutes included in your plan for your AI voice agents. Every minute of agent usage consumes one credit. If you use all your credits before the month ends, you can purchase additional credits to continue using the agents. At the start of the next month, your plan’s credits are replenished.

No. Amber Nexus is designed for business users with no engineering background. Creating an agent, uploading your knowledge base, setting a voice, and going live is straightforward with no coding required. For CRM and calendar integrations on the Business and Custom plans, basic API knowledge or a developer is helpful, but not required for core functionality.
